What does career growth look like at Chick-fil-A? After successful completion of the 30 day orientation materials and evaluations a beginner team member may pursue additional skills, responsibilities and compensation. After reaching the advanced level team members may pursue our Leadership Pathway which is unlocked at the Coach level. Our Leadership Team is made up partly by Coaches and Team Leaders which can be achieved by a combination of leadership tasks and development reading. We value those who are interested in growing themselves in their lives and in their careers.
